He holds Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do, Yoshikai Karate and is a practitioner of Gung-Fu. Instr. Latonis is a two time Southeast Region ISKA Free Style and Submission Fighting Champion & Developed the European Black Belts Club.

Instr. Latonis served in the USAF and was part of the Anti-Terrorist Air / Base Ground Defense Team training team members in Anti-Terrorist Defensive Tactics. Instr. Latonis is a retired Police Officer / Detective and has commanded a Drug Task Force in North Georgia. Instr. Latonis is a FBI Certified Defensive Tactics / Control & Restraint Instructor. Instr. Latonis has over 35 years of Martial Arts & Fighting experience and more than 20 years of experience in Executive Protection and Personal Security.

He is also an adjunct faculty member at ASU Polytechnic, where he offers the only college accredited MMA program in the country. CMIT Ward has been involved in martial arts for more than 30 years and has been teaching for over 18 years. CMIT Ward is a Close Quarter Combat and Muay Thai specialist. CMIT Ward
is a certified and licensed Muay Thai, Boxing, CQC and Strength and Conditioning Coach & Instructor. CMIT Ward achieved accreditation for the Living Weapon Academy
